Choose the three most important things for you and divide them for three months! Try not to take one step every day to get to the new goal. At the end of the week, compile a report on how far you have been!
2. Try delivering goals for your daily routine! If you decide to learn English in a year, try to learn at least three new words every day! It is a very good idea to draw up a plan in advance. It allows you to control yourself and achieve your goals more effectively.
3. Maybe you're ready or downhill. It is a great feeling that should be put to use without unnecessary thinking. This attitude can achieve much in life - even the goals of the new year. But remember that you are just a human being and it is pointless to overload yourself! Be tolerant and appreciate your abilities!
